The costumers of this service can be any registered companies who are legally functioning in any European country.
3. NATURE OF SERVICE
The European Transport Exchange is a service over the Internet, on the website www.euload.com.
It allows the registration of companies, their trucks and loads in order to publish them on-line on the internet. The customer can register and post on-line over the internet or by email, phone or fax using our customer service.
Our database can be interrogated on-line, over the internet. We provide fast, real-time and flexible searching by many criteria, giving you the possibility to save different searching forms, set up your favorite or less favorite companies.
The euload.com team is making an effort to continue increase the quality of the service and to add new sections (among the already existent: on-line maps, forum, weather condition, useful links) to the site euload.com.

Abonamentul EXTRA
Include urmatoarele facilitati suplimentare :
- postarea si cautarea contractelor de marfuri si camioane
- Program pentru Adeverinte de concediu
- Calcul cost/km
- Calculator de diurna
- Calcul FAZ
- Restrictii generale de circulatie

Costul abonamentului EXTRA
Pentru clientii din Romania :
- 150 RON on 3 months (VAT incl.)
- 200 RON on 6 months (VAT incl.)
- 300 RON on 1 year (VAT incl.)
Pentru clientii din strainatate :
- 30 EUR pe 3 luni
- 40 EUR pe 6 luni
- 60 EUR pe 1 an
Modalitati de plata a abonamentului EXTRA
- virament bancar: In contul in EUR : RO77 RZBR 0000 0600 1007 9635, deschis la Raiffeisen Bank - Agentia Marghita, titular cont S.C. EULOAD S.R.L., cod fiscal : RO 18481322 .
- Online, cu Card Bancar, din contul Dvs. de pe Euload.com, accesând pagina
Dupa expirarea abonamentului EXTRA, clientii beneficiaza in continuare de abonamentul BAZA, gratuit.
Clientii care doresc sa prelungeasca abonamentul extra si efectueaza plata inainte de expirare beneficiaza de continuitate. In cazul in care plata se face dupa expirare, clientul va beneficia din nou de abonamentul extra in momentul intrarii banilor in contul bursei.
5. RESPONSABILITIES
The provider of the European Transport Exchange service has to keep the site functional all the time (except for the situations when it does not depend on itself).
The customers have to use the service in good faith. Do not publish false or misleading information affecting other clients of euload.com.
The service provider has the right to stop posting any false or misleading information at any time. Also the service provider has the possibility to discontinue the service right of use for a customer in case of no payment or a conduct which constitutes or encourages unlawful, bad manners or abusive behavior, gives rise to civil liability or otherwise violates law.
Euload.com is not responsible in any way for the information published by his members.
The service provider reserves the right to modify or add any Term of this User Agreement. Any changes of the User Agreement come into force in the moment of posting on www.euload.com. Using the service following the posting implicates the accepting of the new User Agreement.
